Terms of Service

By using RLS-EVE you agree to these terms of service.

Payouts

We cannot be held responsible for slow payouts, and reserve the right to alter the amount of money paid out to you if there is a bug or technical issue.

Payment Times

We base all our 'recieved' times on when the API delivers the data to us. In some cases, there may be a delay of one hour between sending your ISK and the receipt of your ISK.

Refunds

Once you have placed a bet, you will generally not be eligible for a refund. There are some specific reasons we will issue a refund, but these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Please send an EVEmail to Sergio Ling to discuss the possiblity of a refund. Please note the latest you can do this is 48 hours before the estimated ending time for a pool. Any later than this, and bets become completely non-refundable.
Any bets made within 20 minutes of the results being announced and any bets made after the result being announced will be treated as a donation. Refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis, as above.

Bets made in Error

Any bets made with a valid code will be treated as correct. Any with an incorrect or closed code will be treated as a donation, unless the person who made the bet in error contacts Sergio Ling and explains this. The 48hr rule applies here as well.

Large Bets

There is no upper or lower limit for betting. However, we ask that if you're betting an amount of over 200M ISK, you contact us to verify an intentional large bet. Bets of over 200M ISK are eligible for refund in the case of a typing error (for example, you meant to bet 40M ISK, and not 400M ISK). The 48hr rule applies.

Dirty ISK

The staff of RLS are strongly against the illegal use of RMT, and will do all we can to discourage it. We will co-operate fully with CCP staff in cases of RMT-aided betting.

Data Security

We do not share or syndicate any of your information, and do not store API keys on record. We store character IDs and names, both of which are publicly available pieces of information easily obtained by any user of EVE Online using the EVE API.
